Primary job functions include: •Calling patients or receiving call from patients and administering pacemaker and arrhythmia testing to them over the phone. •Utilizing computer systems within the dept. •Completing essential forms and updating patient/doctor information as necessary. •Treating patients/customers in a professional and courteous manner. To be considered for this position you MUST HAVE: •Superior customer service skills. •Excellent phone and computer skills with farmiliarity in Microsoft Office programs. •The ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment. •The availability to work 16-19 hours a week.
