I love the look and ease of this website as well as the focus. I am no longer in the job market but, when I was, I took a course for workers over the age of 55. That was one of the smartest moves I ever made. Finally, I was with a group of people who shared many of the same memories .. the days when we hadn't even heard of resumes...you just showed up and asked for work. If you were able to do the job, seemed reasonably intelligent, you were often hired on the spot. What a different world we lived in! Now we have to learn to brag about ourselves & many of us are very uncomfortable doing that. Hey, be proud, it's allowed.
